I used this free Ravelry pattern (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/jacques-cousteau-hat), but instead of knitting the ribbing with knit and purl every round I knitted it as a broken rib which means Round 1: K3,p3 Round 2: Knit all repeat Rnd 1 and 2 and just follow the rest of the instructions as stated in the pattern and make the decrases accordingly.
